Job summary

TJX Canada is seeking a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent to help create a safe, secure retail environment across Winners, HomeSense, and Marshalls. You’ll support theft prevention, assist investigations, and work with a team in a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Provincial security license required where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license preferred and access to a vehicle.
• Retail Loss Prevention, Military, Security or related studies encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to alarms to maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Detect and prevent theft and assist investigators during suspect apprehensions.
• Conduct store surveillance using CCTV and report findings.
• Collaborate with ORC Investigators to address external losses.
