Job summary

Nishan Transport à Mississauga recherche un chauffeur de camion poids lourd (AZ) pour conduire des tractor-trailers et convoyes. Le candidat sera chargé du chargement/déchargement, du respect des procédures et des communications avec le dispatch.

Le poste implique des heures variées et des trajets nationaux/internationaux, avec des responsabilités en matière de sécurité et de documentation.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• AZ Class license is required.
• Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks).
• Air Brake Endorsement.
• Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
• Willingness to meet long-haul driving demands.

Responsibilities

• Conduire un tracteur-remorque seul ou en convoi à deux.
• Charger et décharger les marchandises.
• Réaliser les inspections pré-voyage, en cours de route et post-voyage.
• Maintenir la sécurité du véhicule et signaler les problèmes.
• Enregistrer les informations de cargaison, heures de service et consommation de carburant.
• Utiliser le GPS et l'ordinateur de bord et communiquer avec le dispatch central.
