CLI EXPRESS LTD. in British Columbia is seeking a professional driver to join a two-person team, operating different trucks and ensuring safe transport of goods at our on-site facility.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; candidates must have a Secondary school diploma. The role involves vehicle inspections, cargo recording, and maintaining security of loads while performing load/unload duties.

• Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy
• Drive lighter, special purpose trucks
• Load and unload goods
• Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
• Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
• Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo
