Responsibilities

• Address customers' complaints or concerns.

• Oversee vehicle condition; inspect tires, lights, brakes, and storage equipment.
• Perform brake adjustments.
• Perform emergency roadside repairs.
• Pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections; oversee vehicle operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Relay information to central dispatch.
• Record cargo info, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel usage.
• Tarp cargo and ensure safety and security of shipments.
• Transport and handle dangerous goods.
