Job summary

Canada Cartage Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across our transportation and logistics services. You will drive complex projects from scoping through deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive, autonomous approach, with the ability to travel between facilities as needed. Schedule is typically Mon–Fri, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology projects, preferably in Transportation & Logistics Systems.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technology projects within Transportation, Logistics & Brokerage domains.
• Define scope, deliverables, success criteria and work breakdown structures.
• Build and maintain project teams, allocate resources and monitor delivery.
• Develop and monitor project plans, timelines and budgets; manage changes.
• Create and execute an effective communications plan; foster collaboration across teams.
• Develop metrics to measure project performance and success.
