• Familiarity with AS400 and SyteLine for inventory control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient data entry and multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve goals while upholding safety and quality.
• Coordinate daily tasks related to transportation management, shipping, receiving.
• Monitor and improve 3PL partnerships and warehouse activities.
• Utilize AS400 and SyteLine for data entry, inventory tracking, reporting.
• Provide training on communication skills, phone etiquette, and data entry.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Oversee shipping schedules, freight docs, and carrier coordination.
