Job summary

Lineage Logistics seeks a Transportation Business Analyst, Logistics Engineering, to optimize logistics systems and deliver data-driven insights for transportation performance. The role collaborates with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into configurations, processes, and actionable analytics.

You will lead root-cause analysis, analyze transportation data, and develop scalable SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or analytical roles (LTL / TL environment preferred).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an operational environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• SQL and reporting development experience (strongly preferred).

Success in this role is defined by improved system utilization, actionable insights, reduced recurring issues, and measurable gains in operational performance.The Transportation Business Analyst, Logistics Engineering is a technical and analytical resource responsible for optimizing logistics systems, improving operational processes, and delivering data-driven insights that support transportation performance.This role partners closely with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Technology to translate business requirements into system configurations, structured processes, and actionable analytics.
