Job summary

Fox Group Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to join our Canadian operations team. The role is on-site at the W-Group Warehouse and focuses on inventory receiving, system operations, logistics coordination, and cross-brand communication.

The successful candidate will report to the Logistics Manager and support multiple brands, với emphasis on ERP/AS400, inventory control, reporting, and collaboration with stores, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, inventory, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Experience in retail or distribution is preferred.
• Experience with ERP / WMS systems is strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory receiving and movements.
• Work with 3PL/logistics providers.
• Manage inventory transactions in AS400/ERP systems.
• Monitor inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Track shipments and follow up on issues.
• Support stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare logistics and inventory reports.
• Communicate with stores, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support daily logistics and AS400 operations.
• Help improve logistics and inventory processes.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-onLogistics Operations Specialistto join our Canadian operations team. The position will be permanently based on-site at the W-Group Warehouse and will play a key role in managing inventory receiving, system operations, logistics coordination, and communication across our retail brands.

The position will report directly to the Logistics Manager and will support multiple brands across the Group, with responsibilities focused primarily on inventory control, logistics operations, ERP/AS400 system management, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory receiving and movements.

Experience Required

• 3–5 years of experiencein logistics, inventory, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Experience inretail or distributionis preferred.
• Experience with ERP / WMS systemsis strongly preferred.
• StrongExcelskills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spokenEnglish.
• Experience in theCanadian market.
• Hebrew-language AS400 experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Daily on-site attendance is required.

Pay Range: $58,000 – 68,000
