Job summary

Logikor is seeking a Logistics Specialist for a hybrid role based in Cambridge, ON. You will manage shipments across North America, leveraging our TMS and proprietary systems while maintaining client and carrier relationships to ensure on-time, compliant service.

The role requires 5–7 years in logistics, 3PL/4PL exposure, and preferred certifications (CCS/CITT/PLOG). You will analyze trends, drive continuous improvement, and adapt to flexible hours, including some weekends or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of logistics experience, preferably in 3PL/4PL.
  • Experience with international shipments and controlled goods is preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, rate, dispatch, and monitor shipments across North America using our proprietary systems and TMS software.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and carriers to resolve issues and ensure service excellence.
  • Maintain and update customer/vendor databases and documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs Cargo Control Documents).
  • Analyze operational trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and international trade regulations.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum5-7years of logistics experience, ideally in a 3PL or 4PL setting.
  • Experience with international shipments, controlled goods, or ITAR environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and a service-first mindset.
  • CCS, CITT, or PLOG certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/stat holidays as needed.
Who Should Not Apply

Location Requirements

This is a hybrid role based in Cambridge, ON. Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance. Applications from outside the region will not be considered.
