Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Intern, Internal logistics project coordinator for Winter 2027 at the Dorval plant. You will coordinate and monitor projects, engage stakeholders, and support operational priorities to help meet organizational goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work setup and travel if required; French fluency and functional English are preferred for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Interest in project management, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Strong initiative, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in French; working English considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor projects by planning, organizing, and engaging various stakeholders and committees.
• Identify, document, and optimize key processes that support the achievement of operational objectives while promoting the sharing of best practices.
• Work closely with site leaders to support operational priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze gaps between project scope and expected outcomes and participate in developing and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities using structured problem-solving approaches.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new management and information technology tools.
• Demonstrate leadership while embodying Bombardier’s vision and values.

• You are currently pursuing studies in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (college diploma or bachelor's degree).
• You have a strong interest in project management, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• You are comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
• You demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
• You enjoy managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• You are proficient in French, both spoken and written, and have a functional level of English.
