Responsibilities

Perform various administrative tasks in support of the Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams.
Prepare invoices and compile approvals, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Generate reports outlining deviations from boilerplate text in contracts.
Update governance databases and logs for tracking and oversight.
Participate in governance meetings and support internal/external audits.
Handle ad hoc tasks as requested by the teams.
