Responsibilities

• Send ASN’s to customers for inbound shipments.
• Ensure all shipping documents are received on time from Overseas logistics team & Shipping line.
• Audit shipping documents to ensure data is correct.
• Convert shipping documents sent by overseas logistics team for inbound shipments to local template.
• Share shipping documents on time to carriers & customs broker.
• Process carrier invoices.
• Maintain POD filing.
• Any additional tasks assigned by management.
