Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the planning team to project capacity requirements for our distribution center (DC) and 3PL partners.
- Tracking all movements across locations to ensure timely delivery and processing, including follow-up with partners.
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with 3PL providers, developing and executing SOPs to ensure timely and accurate product turnaround, and tracking cross-dock movements.
- Validating freight invoices and charges for movements between locations.
- Reviewing service levels and rates across carriers, and recommending actions to remain competitive.
Distribution and Fulfilment Analysis
- Supporting seasonal planning for peak periods to meet SLAs based on projected sales volumes, including reporting on SLA performance.
- Analyzing space utilization, including bin requirements, to ensure proper setup based on seasonal SKU plans.
- Collaborating with 3PL partners to ensure sufficient space and resources for upcoming shipments and seasons.
- Reviewing projected fulfilment and troubleshooting allocation issues with planners.
Inventory Control
- Ensuring adherence to DUER inventory control systems, including creating and monitoring cycle counts at all locations.
- Reviewing movements between virtual locations monthly and coordinating with finance for write-offs of damaged or lost products.
- Collaborating with planning and merchandising teams to review inventory aging, supporting seasonal pack-up, pull-back from stores, or write-offs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics, with expertise in process change and inventory management.
- Proven ability to model distribution scenarios and drive process improvements.
- High proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, summarization, and communication.
- Ability to manage change and facilitate cross-functional process improvements.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse management, and shipping software is an asset.

Location options include Langley, Surrey, Burnaby, and Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. Salary ranges from CA$60,000 to CA$88,000 depending on experience and location.
