The ideal candidate:

• Typically, at least 15 years of professional experience, including 10 in logistics leadership.
• At least 5 years of experience in large international airport projects or similar infrastructure programs over CAD $500M.
• Expertise in site logistics, traffic management, site coordination, and material and equipment delivery.
• Experience managing teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions on complex projects.
• Strong technical skills across all project phases: design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance.
• Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing strategic reports.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of facilitating meetings with large groups.
• A recognized degree and professional designation are assets.
