Job summary

O Foods Ltd, located just west of Winnipeg, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipping documentation, oversee shipments, and assist with carrier communications. The role collaborates with Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate reporting.

The position includes preparing reports, optimizing logistics procedures, and supporting export/import documentation tasks as needed. A strong Excel skillset and knowledge of Dynamics GP are valued.

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent; higher education is an asset.
Experience in logistics required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with MS Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to create complex spreadsheets and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
Book trucks and rail cars to meet delivery dates.
Prepare shipping documents and review paperwork.
Negotiate rates with carriers and monitor shipments.
Maintain records and support customer service and warehouse teams.
Analyze and optimize logistics procedures.
