Logistics Coordinator

At Viterra, you’ll do more than manage logistics—you’ll play a key role in connecting Canadian agriculture to global markets. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, grow your expertise in transportation and inventory management, and contribute to a team that values integrity, trust, and respect.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and manage freight bookings, invoices, and carrier performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams, carriers, and customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Provide administrative support including document preparation, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.

What you bring to our team

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or inventory management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics-related software.
• Knowledge of grain transportation or the agriculture industry is an asset.
