Role Description

Location: Parkdale, Toronto

Start: ASAP

What You Will Do:
Inventory Management
  • Keep our Shopify store accurately synced with real inventory
  • Learn our stock tracking systems and perform weekly counts
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy
  • Manage our pick‑and‑pack operations
  • Use scanning technology to ensure every order is correct
  • Stage orders for smooth, timely delivery
Shipping & Logistics
  • Build relationships with our shipping partners
  • Help optimize our shipping processes and costs
  • Handle both regular orders and special corporate shipments
Customer Success
  • Be the friendly voice customers hear when they need help
  • Solve problems quickly and turn challenges into positive experiences
  • Serve as our e‑commerce customer service lead
Data & Analytics
  • Track performance metrics that drive business decisions
  • Report insights that help inform our growth strategy
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • 2+ years of Shopify e‑commerce or warehouse experience
  • 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments
  • Loves problem‑solving and takes ownership of their work
