Royal Greenland is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to ensure smooth operations of our client’s supply chain and shipping processes. You will balance administrative rigor with operational savvy to support timely, accurate shipments across Canada, the US, Greenland, Denmark, and Asia.

This role offers opportunity to work within a dynamic international team and to contribute to a growing organization. Strong communication and Office tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics or supply chain coordinating shipments domestically and internationally.
  • Chain Logistics Diploma or related education is an asset.
  • CFIA export certifications and related documentation knowledge are assets.
  • Understanding transportation regulations and export documentation is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and take ownership with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as liaison between departments, suppliers, carriers and customers.
  • Support logistics team with administrative duties and document management.
  • Maintain shipping and customs documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide timely reporting of inventories and order schedules.

The Opportunity:

The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in the efficient and smooth operation of our client's supply chain and shipping processes. Combining administrative and operational savvy, you will display accuracy and resourcefulness and contribute to the success of the organization.

This role is an excellent career opportunity for a professional, detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic international team across Canada, US, Greenland, Denmark, and Asia.

The successful candidate would contribute to the company through these responsibilities:

  • with various departments and ensure accuracy and timely execution of all domestic and international shipments;
  • as a liaison between different departments within the organization and external stakeholders such as suppliers, carriers, and customers;
  • and coordinate shipments with logistics partners;
  • administrative support to the logistics team distributing our products to required markets;
  • with various transportation providers to affect the timely delivery of products;
  • sales & logistics department for sales order processing and shipments;
  • and maintain shipping and customs documentation. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations;
  • accurate and time sensitive documentation and certificates required for shipments;
  • with timely and accurate reporting of inventories;
  • updated records of order schedules and documents.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • experience within a logistics or supply chain department coordinating shipments domestically and internationally.
  • Chain Logistics Diploma or related education and experience would be considered an asset.
  • preparing and coordinating CFIA export certifications and related documentation would be considered an asset.
  • of transportation regulations, international shipping practices, and export documentation requirements would be considered an advantage.
