Job description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring two (2) Logistics Clerks on a permanent basis on our Supply Chain team. This position requires on-site work and is based in Edmonton, Alberta.

We’re looking for an organized and dependable team player with strong attention to detail to support trip reporting and claims processing. Working with third party carriers, routing files This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in logistics and warehouse operations while working closely with dispatch, Home Office teams, and external customers.

What you’ll do:

• Preparation and processing of region and inter-region trip reports and manifests. Process clerical portion of trailer and truck fleet licensing and maintaining documentation pertaining to the National Safety Code requirements.
• Generate monthly freight costs reports from the system when required. Perform credit/debit on freight costs when needed.
• Process carrier claims and co‑ordinate any claims inspections with the warehouse and customer services personnel.
• Perform Manifest duties every week for the dispatchers which include lane rates, inter-region manifests, and closing manifests.
• Process common carrier invoices. Coding invoices from Service Providers.
• Perform office services duties as required (i.e., stationery, mailing and fax).
• Process the lease operator’s km sheets and perform an audit on occasion for accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
