As an experienced Logistics Associate at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the efficient handling of shipments for our IA/PMC business unit in Calgary. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, maintaining accuracy and compliance with procedures, and supporting smooth supply chain operations to deliver excellent customer service.

You will report directly to the Senior Service and Repair Supervisor and work at our Calgary location. Your expertise will help develop strategies to optimize costs, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, working with cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify materials against purchase orders and shipping documents.
  • Inspect received goods, report damages or discrepancies.
  • Prepare, package, and ship outgoing shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
MUST HAVE
  • 1-2+ years of logistics management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing or distribution.
  • High School diploma or Technical Diploma.
WE VALUE
  • Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management ethics.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP/CRM, MS Outlook, Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and self-reliance skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse settings.
