Job summary

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will respond to customer inquiries, review orders for accuracy, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders.

Responsibilities include planning releases, arranging pickups, updating shipping portals, and ensuring on-time deliveries. Strong communication and time management are essential, with experience in invoicing or logistics considered an

Qualifications

Related warehouse clerk or warehouse administrative experience is required.
Experience working with major retailers in a supply chain / logistics environment is an asset.
Invoicing and manpower resource planning experience are assets.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from customers and Customer Service regarding rush orders, inventory discrepancies, scheduling rework / builds.
Review customer orders received. Check for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with the warehouse on specific order requirements and release orders.
Arrange pickups for customers and track all pickups.
Update customers' portals for shipping and cancel date details.
Plan inbound delivery appointments and assign drivers to doors.
Manage on-site pickups, provide BOLs and coordinate loading.
Communicate issues, delays and options to all parties.
