Alstom in Canada is seeking a Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) engineer (Design for Maintenance) to ensure maintainability and operational readiness of rolling stock. You will work with In-Service Readiness and external suppliers to analyze and optimize maintenance strategies and deliver high-quality LSA outputs.
The role requires an engineering degree and 5–7 years in a service engineering environment, plus fluent English or French.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the maintainability and operational readiness of our rolling stock equipment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the In-Service Readiness department and external suppliers), analyze and optimize maintenance strategies, and contribute to the success of international projects by delivering high-quality, timely solutions.
You’ll specifically take care of conducting maintenance studies and creating LSA deliverables, but also liaising with internal and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
