Ventri Door Technologies is hiring an experienced Locksmith to join the Windsor Service Team. This field-based role covers installation, troubleshooting, and service for a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential clients in the Windsor region.

You will perform installations, repairs, and rekeying of locks, work with mechanical and electronic security devices, and maintain master key traces. Valid G class license and strong customer service skills required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of locksmith experience.
• Comfortable using power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and residential locksmithing in the field on service.
• Install, inspect, repair, and replace locks and related devices.
• Install, repair, service and rekey locks (mechanical, electronic, high security).
• Provide customers with the best security solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance by inspecting locks for wear and malfunctions.
• Maintain a master key system with trace and code records.
• Repair electronic locking devices.
• Remove broken keys and replace tumblers.

We are currently looking for an experienced Locksmith to join our growing Service Team based out of our Windsor branch. This is a field-based role where you'll work on locking and security systems which includes installation, troubleshooting, and service work for a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential clients across the Windsor region.

This role is currently vacant and is being actively recruited for.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Commercial and residential Locksmithing while working out in the field in service
• Install, inspect, repair, and replace cylinder and key locks, deadbolts, door closers and/or related locking devices for doors
• Install, repair, service and rekey mechanical, electronic, and high security locks
• Leverage knowledge of products while providing customers with the best security solutions for their needs
• Perform preventative maintenance by inspecting locks for wear and tear and malfunctions
• Maintain a master key system with trace and code records
• Repair electronic locking devices
• Remove broken keys from locks and replace tumblers

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• At least 2-3 years of previous experience as a Locksmith
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using power tools
• Strong problem solver and able to troubleshoot independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Must have a valid G class driver's license
• Strong communication and analytical skills
