Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a capable team member to support merchandising, receiving and customer service in a busy store environment. You will ensure backroom organization, accurate product handling and visually appealing, customer-friendly displays.

As part of the team, you will follow BIMI and store standards while assisting customers, recognizing promotions, and supporting store operations during flexible shifts. Prior experience with retail POS and inventory management is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Uses PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates.
• Maintains Store Standard pertaining to image and trends in store.
• Ensures product displays are consumer focused and “shoppable”.
