Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking staff to support merchandising, receiving and customer service in a busy retail setting. The role includes maintaining backroom organization, following BIMI processes, and ensuring displays are shopper-friendly.

You will handle receiving, document any goods, assist customers in aisles, and comply with health and safety and store standards. Flexible shifts may include nights and weekends, with lift requirements up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes.
• Uses PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks.
• Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed.
• Maintain store image and product displays to be consumer friendly and shoppable.
• Receive merchandise and keep backroom neat and well organized.
• Ensure proper documentation for receiving and return of goods.
• Support store management in maintaining quality and standards.
• Promote a positive image with customers according to uniform policy.
