Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking an AZ Delivery Driver in Milton, ON. The role offers a 4-day work week with home daily routes and a pay starting at $31.11/hour, plus a pay-for-performance incentive after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1/AZ driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; English fluency required.
• 1 year of professional driving experience is required.
• Able to work in varying weather and road conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Manually sort and unload food products; hand-wheel into customer locations (600–1000 cases/shift).
• Operate straight trucks or trailers safely on urban, inter-urban and rural routes.
• Conduct routine pre/post-trip inspections and maintain route logs and reports.
• Verify deliveries and invoices at customer locations; maintain health and safety procedures.
