Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co in Ontario is hiring a part-time brand ambassador to promote products at local grocery stores, sharing key information and engaging customers during sampling sessions.

You will attend training before your first shift and work on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with set hours. You must drive to Hamilton or Brantford and have your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering product messaging.
• Ability to stand for long periods and help set up/teardown of sampling station.
• Access to own vehicle and ability to drive to Hamilton or Brantford.
• Must have Food Handlers certificate and Smart Serve certification before interview.

Description

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary

$21/hr

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to drive to Hamilton or Brantford.
• Candidates must have access to their own vehicle.
• Candidates must have Food Handlers certificate and be Smart Serve certified before interview.
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with the setup and teardown of the sampling station (all materials stored on-site)
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and to complete reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and represent brands professionally in a retail environment
