Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co. is seeking a Brand Ambassador for in-store sampling at Sobeys locations. The role focuses on introducing leading brands, sharing product details, and delivering engaging shopper experiences.

Training is provided prior to the first shift; the schedule is Thursday to Sunday with casual, ongoing shifts. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with a $21/hour wage.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Smart Serve Certification and Food Handler Certificate prior to the interview.
• Must be fully available Thursday-Sunday.
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with setup/teardown of the sampling station.

Responsibilities

• Promote products and offer samples to shoppers in local Sobeys grocery stores.
• Share key product information and answer customer questions.
• Meet sampling targets while delivering engaging customer interactions.
• Prepare simple food and beverage samples (e.g., coffee, desserts).
• Maintain a clean and organized sampling station (set up, maintain, tear down).
• Complete reporting after each shift.

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed.

Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary

• $21/per hour
