Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking a Brand Ambassador to create memorable consumer experiences by showcasing and sampling products at Sobeys stores across Nova Scotia. Training is provided, and the role is a permanent part-time position with casual shifts throughout the year.

Schedule: Thursday–Sunday with shifts in the afternoon and weekend blocks. Wage: $20 per hour. You will promote products, answer questions, and complete post-shift reporting while maintaining a clean sampling station.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate prior to the interview.
• Fully available Thursday-Sunday.
• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Confident engaging with customers and delivering key product messaging.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and assist with setup/teardown of the sampling station.
• Access to a smartphone with photo capabilities and to complete reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to represent brands professionally in a retail environment.

Position Details

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering ongoing casual shifts throughout the year. Scheduling is based on business needs, and weekly shifts are not guaranteed. Training is also provided before your first shift!

Schedule:

• Thursday & Friday: 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.


• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary:

• $20/per hour
