Job description

Join to apply for the Lobby Lounge Attendant role at River Cree Resort & Casino.

The primary purpose of the Lobby Lounge Attendant is to serve our guests and maintain the highest guest satisfaction.

  1. Carry out all reasonable requests by management within your capabilities.
  2. Follow all company and local policies and procedures.
  3. Make specialty coffees, including iced drinks and alcoholic coffees.
  4. Serve beverages, muffins, sandwiches, pastries, and drinks.
  5. Maintain basic inventory of bottled beverages, pastries, and supplies.
  6. Know and understand all drinks and pastries offered, along with hours of operation.
  7. Participate in departmental meetings and training.
  8. Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
  9. Ensure your station is clean, neat, and set according to standards.
  10. Balance cash float and deposit sales at shift end, following proper cash handling procedures.
  11. Must be bondable.
  12. Answer the Lobby Lounge phone.
  13. Respond to guest requests and complaints; escalate to supervisor as needed.
  14. Keep side tables stocked, neat, and tidy.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work and back area.
  16. Return guest items or pass to Housekeeping.
  17. Report to the supervisor/manager at shift end.
  18. Follow all health and safety guidelines.
  19. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), previous guest/customer service experience, and good health and hygiene. No prior barista experience is required but is a plus. Must have a good command of English and a positive attitude. The schedule may include shift work, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
