Role Overview

Come join Fairstone Financial as a Financial Consultant in Loan Solutions.

A Typical Day Includes

• Supporting customers and prospects via phone and in person to deliver excellent service.
• Assessing loan applications accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Following credit policy rules meticulously to ensure risk management.
• Gathering loan information and selling loan and protection products.
• Closing loans both virtually and in person.
• Following up on past due accounts.
• Handling cash controls and payments.
• Participating in personal training and development to enhance customer experience and build trust.

Minimum Requirements

• Authorized to work in Canada
• High school diploma or equivalent (asset)
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in loan underwriting or financial institutions.
• Experience with loan origination software.
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.
• Positive attitude and team spirit to foster a gratifying work atmosphere.
