A typical day includes:

• Supporting customers and prospective customers via phone and in person to provide top-tier service.
• Assessing loan applications accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Following credit policy rules meticulously to ensure risk management.
• Gathering necessary loan information.
• Selling loan and protection products.
• Closing loans both virtually and in person.
• Following up on past-due customer accounts.
• Handling cash controls and payments.
• Engaging in personal training and development to enhance the customer borrowing experience and foster trust and loyalty.

Must-haves:

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• High-school diploma or equivalent (asset).
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

• At least 1 year of experience in loan underwriting or financial institutions.
• Experience with loan origination software.
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.
• A positive, supportive attitude to foster a rewarding work atmosphere.
