Job summary

Fairstone Financial Inc. is seeking a Loan Consultant in Canada to contribute to growing the business by promoting loan and protection products.

The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable financial solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales process from application to closing. You will build strong relationships through excellent service, stay aligned with personal and team sales targets, and perform credit assessments and payments processing as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
