Job summary

Fairstone Bank is hiring a part-time Loan Consultant to grow the business by promoting loan and protection products, assessing client needs, and guiding customers from application to closing. You will build relationships, drive sales, and stay aligned with individual and team targets.

The role involves in-person and virtual interactions, credit assessments, payments processing, and managing overdue accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value.
