Job summary

Fairstone Bank in Canada is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow our business by actively promoting loan and protection products, understanding customer needs, and guiding the full application-to-closing sales process in person or virtually. You will build strong client relationships, meet individual and team targets, and perform credit assessments while delivering excellent service across multiple channels.

About the role

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by:

What you can expect - pay & process

Expected base hourly rate of $21.13, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance—your success drives your earnings.
