Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, understand customer needs, and manage the entire sales process from application to closing in person or virtually.

You will build strong relationships, earn trust through excellent service, and stay focused on individual and team sales goals while performing credit assessments and processing payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value

What you can expect - pay & process

Expected base hourly rate of $22.26 , plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance - your success drives your earnings.
