Fairstone Bank is hiring a Loan Consultant in Ontario to grow our loan portfolio by promoting loan and protection products and delivering tailored financial solutions.

You will manage the sales process from application to closing, both in person and virtually, while building trusted relationships and meeting team targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience with targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑first mindset and a passion for delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Actively promoting and selling loan and protection products in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
• Understanding customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions.

About the role:

As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by:
