Job summary

Fairstone Bank in Canada is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow our business by actively promoting loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, understanding customer needs, and guiding them from application to closing, both in person and virtually.

You will build strong relationships, stay focused on individual and team sales goals, perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

What you can expect - pay & process:

Expected base hourly rate of $23.38, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance-your success drives your earnings.
