Job summary

Fairstone is seeking a Loan Consultant to grow our business by promoting loan and protection products, understanding customer needs, and managing the full sales cycle from application to closing.

You will build strong relationships, earn trust through excellent service, and stay focused on both individual and team sales targets while performing basic credit assessments and payments processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value

What you can expect - pay & process:

Expected base hourly rate of $21.13, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance-your success drives your earnings.
