Altis Technology in Cranbrook, BC, is seeking a Loan Consultant to help Canadians access financial solutions that support their goals. You’ll work directly with customers to understand needs, build trust and recommend lending and protection products that deliver meaningful value.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan and protection products while working toward individual and team sales targets.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Manage the sales process from application through closing, both in person and virtually.
• Build trusted customer relationships through responsive, thoughtful service.
• Complete credit assessments, process payments and manage overdue accounts.
