Job summary

Fairstone Financial seeks a detail-oriented professional to process loan activations and modifications, review inputs for contracts, and manage dealer communications. You will post fees and ensure accurate funding documentation in the loan management system.

This role offers a hybrid work model with a base salary plus annual incentive bonus. Applicants should have strong communication skills and prior experience in lending or financial services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in lending, automotive-related business, or financial services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy workflow with accuracy.
• Proficient with loan management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process loan activations for new contracts in the loan management system.
• Review inputs in the loan system for contract alignment with signed terms.
• Process daily loan modifications including rate changes and restructures.
• Post customer fees and handle funding documents from dealers.
• Provide timely, customer-oriented service to stakeholders and respond to dealer messages.

What you'll do:

• Process loan activation for new contracts in the loan management system.
• Execute detailed review of inputs in the loan management system to ensure alignment with signed contracts.
• Process daily loan modifications including but not limited to rate changes, write-offs, restructures, etc.
• Posting customer fees in the loan management system.
• Handling of funding faxes and contracts sent in by dealers.
• Replying and responding to dealer messages.
• Handling of funding email inbox delegations.
• Emails internally and externally in a timely manner.
• Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders.
• Professional and pleasant messaging to our dealerships through our platform.

• Previous experience in lending, automotive related business, or financial services
• Exposure to loan management system.
• You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Working hours can range anywhere between 8:30 AM to 6 PM EST Monday to Friday.

What you can expect - pay & process:

Expected base salary range is $ 40,950 - $ 46,500, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance. This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
