Fairstone Bank (including Eden Park) is seeking a Loan Administrator to support loan activations, contract reviews, and daily modifications. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely dealer communications, and efficient workflow management within a hybrid work model.

You will interact with dealerships, manage loan documents, and ensure compliance with signed contracts while delivering strong customer-oriented service across stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Process loan activation for new contracts in the loan management system.
• Execute detailed review of inputs in the loan management system to ensure alignment with signed contracts.
• Process daily loan modifications including but not limited to rate changes, write-offs, restructures, etc.
• Posting customer fees in the loan management system.
• Handling of funding faxes and contracts sent in by dealers.
• Replying and responding to dealer messages.
• Handling of funding email inbox delegations.
• Emails internally and externally in a timely manner.
• Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders.
• Professional and pleasant messaging to our dealerships through our platform.

• Previous experience in lending, automotive related business, or financial services
• Exposure to loan management system.
• You have a high level of accuracy and consistency in document verification.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Working hours can range anywhere between 8:30 AM to 6 PM EST Monday to Friday.

What You Can Expect - Pay & Process

• Expected base salary range is $ 40,950 - $ 46,500, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance.
• This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
