Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a detail-oriented loan operations specialist to support contract activations, modifications, and funding workflows. You will liaise with dealers, verify inputs, and ensure accuracy while delivering timely responses to stakeholders.

In a fast-paced environment, you will use MS Office and loan systems to post fees and manage correspondence. A High School Diploma and prior lending exposure are preferred, with hybrid work and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Process loan activation for new contracts in the loan management system.
• Review inputs in the loan management system to ensure alignment with signed contracts.
• Process daily loan modifications including rate changes, write-offs, restructures, etc.
• Post customer fees in the loan management system.
• Handle funding faxes and contracts sent by dealers.
• Reply to dealer messages in a timely manner.
• Manage funding email inbox delegations.
• Correspond with stakeholders via internal and external emails promptly.
• Maintain a busy workflow with high accuracy.
• Provide prompt, efficient, customer-oriented service to all stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with dealerships through our platform.

What you’ll do:

• Process loan activation for new contracts in the loan management system.


• Execute detailed review of inputs in the loan management system to ensure alignment with signed contracts.


• Process daily loan modifications including but not limited to rate changes, write-offs, restructures, etc.


• Posting customer fees in the loan management system.


• Handling of funding faxes and contracts sent in by dealers.


• Replying and responding to dealer messages.


• Handling of funding email inbox delegations.


• Emails internally and externally in a timely manner.


• Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy.


• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders.


• Professional and pleasant messaging to our dealerships through our platform.

• Working hours can range anywhere between 8:30 AM to 6 PM EST Monday to Friday.

What you can expect - pay & process:

Expected base salary range is $40,950 - $46,500, plus the opportunity to earn an annual incentive bonus tied to performance. This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
