The Loan Administration Specialist is part of the Automotive Financing Group (AFG) and is responsible for providing expertise and support in loan administration, funding, maintenance, and servicing of NBC Automotive Finance Group’s loan portfolio. This role aims to uphold high standards of quality, risk management, and data integrity.

Your role :

  • Support and improve all AFG credit support processes related to loan administration, maintenance, and funding.
  • Maintain processes ensuring consistent daily credit support outcomes.
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures to deliver high customer service levels.
  • Follow work procedures, policies, and methods to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist AFG team members and foster collaborative relationships.
  • Participate in team meetings to communicate progress and address issues.
  • Support areas such as Maintenance, Fundings, and Monthly Statements.

Prerequisites :

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-5 years of credit support experience.
  • Knowledge of loan administration, collateral securities, and credit processes.
  • Familiarity with Banking Systems, Loan Origination Systems, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Forms.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in stakeholder interactions.
  • Customer-focused with knowledge of commercial lending policies and compliance.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and solve problems.
