Job summary

Blackline Civil Inc. is seeking an experienced loader operator to operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment on construction sites in Alberta. You will move materials, load trucks, and help with grading and site prep while maintaining safety and quality.

This role requires outdoor work in varying weather, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. Competitive pay based on experience, plus benefits and career growth opportunities within our civil division.

Qualifications

• Experience operating loaders or heavy equipment on construction sites.
• Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.

• Load trucks and ensure proper weight distribution

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment on construction sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving materials such as soil, gravel, and debris to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wheel loaders and other heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile materials
• Load trucks and ensure proper weight distribution
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance (lubrication, fluid checks)
• Follow all safety procedures and site regulations
