Responsibilities:
  • Operate loader in a safe and efficient manner
  • Load aggregates into a hubber
  • Perform daily maintenance
  • Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks
  • Conduct daily circle checks on equipment, complete maintenance records on daily equipment log
  • Act in accordance with OH&S Legislation and Practices
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Working near/on construction sites
  • Experience in a loader
  • Valid driver’s licence, with daily access to a vehicle
  • Comfortable with working outdoors, in extreme weather conditions, and in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Have mechanical knowledge and experience with general equipment maintenance
  • Previous construction and operating experience will be considered an asset
  • OOSD or equivalent diploma
  • Ability to perform manual labour
  • Common Core training considered an asset
