Job description

Site Resource Group is now accepting applications for Finish Dozer Operators with experience doing lease reclaims. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with the construction team, with a focus on adhering to project specifications and safety regulations. The role requires a good understanding of construction operations, physical stamina, and the ability to interpret site plans.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment prior to operation.
• Abide by all Safety standards and codes.
• Follow directions that are spoken or delivered by hand signals of ground crew members.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a dozer operator.
• Experience with finishing work is required.
• Knowledge of lease reclaims, land clearing methods, heavy equipment operation, and industry requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as well as background check.
• Must be fit-for-duty.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must be immediately eligible/able to work in Canada.

• H2S Alive (ESC)
• Ground Disturbance (ABCGA)
• Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
• Class 5 driver’s license.

• Personal Vehicle w/Slip Tank / $100 per day
