You will apply strong time management and problem-solving skills to optimize assets in line with policy. The role requires building daily schedules, analyzing prior loads for opportunities, using technology to gather and respond to requests, and taking ownership of your geography to balance objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or post-secondary education preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in analytics or scheduling is required.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build safe, effective daily schedules.
• Analyze prior days’ loads for opportunities and adjust as needed.
• Utilize technology to gather/respond to information for managers, technicians, and customers.
• Take ownership of the assigned geography with accountability.
• Make time-sensitive decisions balancing business objectives with customer needs.
• Forecast seasonal demands for products and resources.
• Produce outcomes showing financial impact and efficiency improvements.
• Propose and implement recommendations to increase performance.
