Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate on credit cards, and guide shoppers to products matching their lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Natural connector energized by meeting new people and starting conversations.
• Comfortable with sales goals and motivated by the challenge of exceeding them.
• Strong communicator who listens well and adapts to the customer in front of you.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, not a requirement.
• Professional and discreet when handling sensitive customer information.
• Willing to complete a criminal and credit background check.
• Eager to grow through ongoing training and feedback.
• Access to a vehicle or valid driver’s license is helpful but not required.

• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available

• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
