Job summary

Reena is seeking a Learning and Development Systems Coordinator to manage the LMS, learner records, and compliance reporting. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, accessible training services and support organizational learning programs.

The role emphasizes administration, data integrity, and continuous improvement of learning processes across the organization, with a focus on accessibility and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Three-year diploma or degree in HR, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Social Services, or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting learning and development, training administration, learning management systems (LMS), education administration, or a related role.
• Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS) or other learning technologies is considered an asset.
• Experience working in developmental services, healthcare, human services, or non-profit sector is an asset.
• Experience supporting compliance reporting, maintaining training records, or conducting administrative audits is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience maintaining databases, learner records, and generating reports with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: daily LMS operations, learner profiles, enrolments, course configs, and data confidentiality.
• Learner Support: provide first-level LMS support and resolve enrolment and access inquiries promptly.
• Training Records, Compliance & Reporting: maintain mandatory training records, generate reports for audits and compliance.
• Course & Learning System Support: assist with course setup, learning pathways, and integration with other platforms.
